Shipping:
⦁ Once you have placed an order, we will send you a tracking number /AWB through an SMS and email when your order is ready to be shipped
⦁ You will be able to view the date your item is in process to the date of shipment to the date of your item being in the process of delivery.
For Returns:
●Customised / preorder products cannot be returned or exchanged.
●All items from our Wedding and LUXE collection cannot be returned or exchanged.
● We provide full Store Credit as long as the product is received in new condition.
⦁ All products on Sale are Final Sale and Not Returnable..
⦁ All Returns request must be initiated within 12 hours from delivery date.
⦁ The products will be picked up by our courier partners within 3 (Three) days from date it is delivered to you.
⦁ All tags and labels present on the product at the time of receipt must be in place.
